Citizenship Award Winners Margaret C. Smith School 2001 Recipients with Lynnette King 2000 Recipients	Margaret Chase Smith School Citizenship Award Each year the Margaret Chase Smith Library presents awards to the sixth-grade students at the Margaret Chase Smith School in Skowhegan, who best uphold the traits of good citizenship so prized by the school's namesake.
